Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's federal network infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data and systems.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software components for end-users.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of system changes and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or network administration within a government or corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Knowledge of federal IT policies, such as FISMA and NIST frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking equipment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background security clearance.
