Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure federal IT systems and networks in compliance with NIST standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and IT governance frameworks.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement advanced cybersecurity measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical government applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (DFARS/FAR) and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
