Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize federal IT systems across 15+ agencies
- Implement zero-trust security protocols for classified networks
- Lead cross-functional projects with 50+ stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST standards
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for critical infrastructure
- Document system architecture and disaster recovery plans
- Train junior staff on federal IT best practices
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years federal IT infrastructure experience
- Expertise in AWS/GCP cloud environments
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance frameworks
- Strong project management (PMP certification)
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
