Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the agency's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor federal cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure compliance with OMB guidelines.
- Update and maintain technical documentation and system configurations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or civilian IT environments.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and legacy on-premise systems.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
