Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency systems and networks.
- Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records in compliance with federal standards.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of secure workstations and mobile devices.
- Conduct security audits and ensure adherence to IT security protocols.
- Document technical procedures and support tickets for the IT team.
- Collaborate with federal clients to identify technical requirements and solutions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve escalated technical issues.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal roles.
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Valid IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+) is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a federal or government contracting environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic network concepts.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance process.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
