Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot VPN access, remote desktop tools, and email systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal IT security policies and NIST frameworks.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts within SLAs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and resolutions in the Service Desk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and upgrades.
- Conduct user training sessions on security protocols and software usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or a related field.
- Experience working with government or highly regulated environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Secret clearance (candidates with existing clearances are prioritized).
- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote client interactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
