Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and drive technical solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party IT service contracts.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for internal departments.
- Conduct performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, IT Consulting, or Government IT.
- Experience working with public sector contracts or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and ITIL frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
