Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal networks, ensuring 99.9% uptime and security compliance.
- Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect sensitive federal data.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for federal applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions.
- Document technical processes and provide training to junior staff.
- Ensure all IT operations adhere to federal regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and federal compliance (FISMA).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
