Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the integrity, security, and availability of all network servers and infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations (e.g., FedRAMP).
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and end-users.
- Conduct regular audits and performance assessments of IT systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
