Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure federal IT infrastructure and software solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments to ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and system architecture guidance to stakeholders.
- Maintain and audit data integrity across federal networks and databases.
- Document technical requirements and create detailed system documentation for future maintenance.
- Train and mentor junior staff on federal compliance protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), enterprise architecture, and Agile methodologies.
- Deep understanding of network security protocols, encryption, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
