Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal IT systems and networks during weekend operations.
- Monitor system performance and security alerts to ensure continuous operational availability.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management on servers and workstations.
- Document system configurations, incidents, and resolutions in accordance with federal compliance standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Collaborate with on-call support teams during critical system outages.

Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Proficiency in network administration, Windows Server, and Linux systems.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
