Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal IT systems during the weekend shift to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Perform data entry, verification, and archival of sensitive federal documents with the highest level of accuracy.
- Respond to technical support tickets and resolve basic hardware/software issues for federal personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, confidentiality agreements, and privacy laws.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on system performance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with on-site support teams during standard business hours to address complex escalations.
- Update and maintain digital records and databases using government-approved software.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all federal positions (proof of citizenship will be requested).
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or technical support role within a government or large-scale corporate environment.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong typing speed (45+ WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background check and security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
