Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks across federal networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified systems
- Develop incident response protocols and lead security breach mitigation
- Coordinate with federal agencies on security compliance initiatives
- Train personnel on security best practices and threat awareness
- Monitor network traffic using SIEM tools for threat detection
- Manage security access controls and identity management systems
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years experience in federal IT security roles
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications required
- Expertise in NIST SP 800-53 and FISMA compliance
- Experience with Windows Server 2019+ and Linux administration
- Proficiency in Splunk, Qualys, and vulnerability scanning tools
