Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal systems
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and vulnerability remediation
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for mission-critical applications
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on IT modernization initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contract compliance
- Ensure adherence to FISMA, NIST, and federal IT security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with federal systems
- Active Security+ CE certification and CISSP preferred
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
