Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain agency IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Provide Tier-2 technical support to internal users across 15 states
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Train staff on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure support experience
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Federal background investigation clearance required
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic methodologies
- US citizenship mandatory
