Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for federal agency networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs) to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Implement and enforce strict federal security protocols, including FISMA compliance and data privacy.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for agency personnel efficiently.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and preventative maintenance.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system logs for audit trails.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a federal or government IT environment.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and standard network troubleshooting tools.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations, security standards, and best practices.
