Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our technological operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across the Fresno region.
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple locations.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Perform system updates, patch management, and hardware maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and deploy innovative technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards and security policies (FISMA/NIST).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks and security clearance processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
