Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with FISMA standards
- Provide technical support and training to federal employees
- Develop system documentation and disaster recovery plans
- Coordinate with agency stakeholders on IT project implementation
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Stay current with federal IT policies and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal IT experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of federal acquisition procedures (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
