Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on infrastructure modernization
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for classified and unclassified systems
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular drills
- Analyze system performance metrics and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (NIST/FISMA)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in federal IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
- Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance
