Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency IT systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP security standards.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable cloud solutions.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, system architectures, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance (or willingness to undergo investigation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or DoD contracts.
- Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) with prior FedRAMP experience.
- Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and encryption.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
