Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including cloud infrastructure and security protocols
- Provide technical support for remote employees across multiple government agencies
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive government data

- Document technical procedures and create training materials for staff

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal IT infrastructure management
- Active Security+ CE or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and federal compliance frameworks
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong knowledge of FISMA and FedRAMP security standards
