Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal computer systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, including NIST standards and FISMA requirements.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees.
- Configure and secure network devices, firewalls, and VPN access.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement new technology solutions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for federal employment under public law.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience with federal IT environments, DOD, or civilian government agencies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and network security.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
