Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to government employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the IT Manager.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices and software updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and obtain a government security clearance.
