Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including network infrastructure, databases, and cloud platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data and ensure FISMA compliance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple departments
- Develop and execute IT project plans aligned with federal regulations and VA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and user experience
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports following federal guidelines
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices for federal IT
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or systems administration
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one (required for federal employment)
