Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal government IT infrastructure and networks.
- Implement and enforce strict cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards (FedRAMP).
- Coordinate with federal agencies to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide technical training and support to junior staff and government clients.
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed system logs for auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or civilian IT environments.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
