Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure web-based applications for federal clients using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive system security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
- Ensure strict compliance with FedRAMP, NIAP, and other federal security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, security analysts, and government stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior team members.
- Document technical requirements, architecture, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; experience with RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Cloud: Strong understanding of AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with government officials.
