Responsibilities
- Manage and Secure Federal Networks: Oversee the daily operations and security of local and wide-area networks to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Implement IT Solutions: Design, deploy, and maintain hardware and software systems that meet strict government regulations.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex system failures to minimize downtime.
- Compliance Reporting: Maintain accurate records of system configurations and prepare reports for federal audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with federal agencies and internal teams to align technical strategies with organizational goals.
- Daily Pay Administration: Assist in the processing and verification of daily time and attendance for daily pay eligible roles.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Cisco CCNA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or federal contracting.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with government officials.
