Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other federal cybersecurity standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy government systems.
- Manage the end-to-life cycle of hardware and software assets for federal clients.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or similar regulated sectors.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and network security protocols.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a government contracting setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
