Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for federal hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the deployment, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and network peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior IT staff for resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT inventory, service tickets, and troubleshooting logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations across the agency.
- Adhere to federal security protocols and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation and obtain a Public Trust clearance.
