Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot federal computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Security Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with federal security regulations, policies, and procedures (e.g., FedRAMP).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for end-users, providing timely and efficient support.
- Deployment: Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software applications across the organization.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, inventory logs, and incident reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Clearance: Active or ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience, preferably within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
