Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal staff and government clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Configure, install, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Manage software licensing and asset inventory.
- Document technical procedures and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Experience with government IT environments and security protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
