Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) standards.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex federal systems.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to identify technical requirements.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability testing.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or federal contracting.
- ITIL v4 certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
