Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect federal data against cyber threats.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software for federal government clients.
- Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks in accordance with FedRAMP standards.
- Provide technical support and training to federal staff regarding IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in federal IT environments or equivalent government contracting.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, virtualization, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with DoD IT regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
