Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for federal hardware, software, and network systems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and IT governance policies.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits.
- Assist in the deployment of new federal systems and software updates.
- Collaborate with other federal agencies to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust security clearance.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; 4 years of additional specialized experience may be substituted.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
- Experience working within a federal or government environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
