Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and peripherals in the Fresno facility.
- Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for federal staff and stakeholders.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive federal data and ensure compliance with DOD and OPM regulations.
- Project Implementation: Lead IT initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to federal standards.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and network diagrams.
- User Support: Conduct training sessions and provide direct support to end-users regarding federal software applications and systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (OR 3 years of specialized experience in IT support or administration).
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a Federal suitability determination.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience with network administration, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cisco systems, and knowledge of federal IT security protocols (NIST).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
