Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Manage system security configurations to meet strict federal compliance standards (FISMA).
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and hardware.
- Oversee software deployment, patch management, and system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Certification: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
