Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Manage and maintain cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and operating systems.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and incident reports for audit trails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that meet agency objectives.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required for federal contract eligibility.
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications such as Security+, Network+, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
