Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize VA network systems across 15+ Portland facilities
- Implement cybersecurity protocols compliant with FISMA standards
- Lead emergency IT incident response within 2-hour SLA
- Coordinate with federal contractors for hardware upgrades
- Train staff on new VA IT systems and security protocols
- Generate monthly compliance reports for OMB review
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime across all platforms
Qualifications
- Active federal security clearance (Tier 3 or higher)
- 5+ years enterprise IT administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications required
