Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks across DoD networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor security incidents using SIEM platforms
- Develop incident response protocols and recovery procedures
- Ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA standards
- Train personnel on security best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Active Security+ CE certification
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Knowledge of DoD IA policies and regulations
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
