Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure and hardware systems in El Paso.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce federal cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.
- Conduct regular system audits and security compliance checks as required by the government.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and government personnel.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Familiarity with DISA STIGs, NIST frameworks, and federal compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Cisco networking, Windows Server, and Linux administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced government setting.
