Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for federal agency networks and hardware infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex IT systems, including servers, workstations, and cloud environments.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal IT security protocols and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade legacy systems.
- Document system configurations and maintain detailed technical logs for audit readiness.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and perform routine security assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Active Top Secret or Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one within a specific timeframe).
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
