Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize federal IT systems including cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Provide technical support for VA medical facilities across Northern California
- Coordinate with federal agencies on compliance with FISMA and NIST standards
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system testing initiatives
- Train staff on new federal IT security protocols and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance schedules

Qualifications
- Active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal IT systems (VA experience preferred)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud platforms and federal migration tools
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance frameworks
- Strong project management skills with federal contracting knowledge
