Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats across federal networks using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response protocols and execute mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls
- Prepare detailed threat intelligence reports for leadership
- Maintain compliance with NIST and FISMA standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in security operations or network administration
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network protocols
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure) and encryption technologies
