Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations, FISMA, and NIST standards.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and security patch management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade IT solutions.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and configuration changes.
- Train federal personnel on new software and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking hardware.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement and compliance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
