Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and software solutions for state agencies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Oversee system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal information security standards and policies.

Qualifications
