Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex enterprise software solutions and database systems.
- Conduct system performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, requirements specifications, and architectural diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and state agencies, to define system requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state data security regulations, including HIPAA and FISMA standards.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software engineering, or IT project management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and experience with enterprise frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java).
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
