Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal information systems and network infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect classified and sensitive data in accordance with FISMA standards.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for federal employees and hardware.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with federal regulations and IT policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy IT solutions.
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate technical records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience working with federal IT systems and a current Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong proficiency in network administration, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and scripting languages (Python/Java).
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation.
