Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for federal hardware, software, and network systems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols and data privacy laws.
- Assist federal stakeholders with technical inquiries and user support.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate hardware/software inventory records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology support.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
