Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA and NIST standards.
- Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal stakeholders and end-users.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active or ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid California Driver's License.
