Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal government applications and hardware.
- Monitor server and network infrastructure performance during night shift hours.
- Execute security patches and system updates to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and Active Directory services.
- Document technical incidents and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Systems Administration.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are strongly preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
